Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

Your order should arrive within 5 working days. Please note that weekends and bank holidays may affect delivery times, and certain postcode restrictions might apply.

Next Day Delivery

Place your order before 3pm from Monday to Thursday to receive your parcel the next working day. Orders placed on Friday require you to select our Saturday Delivery option. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery

Need your items over the weekend? Choose Saturday Delivery. This option is available for orders placed after 3pm on Thursday up until 3pm on Friday.

Free Standard Delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £50. While you should receive your parcel within 7 working days, please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods. If you need your order sooner, consider selecting an alternative delivery option.

Click & Collect

For our local customers, we offer a complimentary Click & Collect service. When your order is ready, you’ll be notified to pick it up at:

Please remember to bring a valid ID and your invoice. Orders are dispatched from our main warehouse, so only collect your order after receiving confirmation.

Additional Delivery Information

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive tracking details for your shipment so you can monitor its progress. If a delivery is missed, the parcel may be returned to us, and additional charges might apply for redelivery.
Accurate Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Incorrect addresses can lead to delivery delays, and we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
Delivery Delays:
While we strive to deliver within the specified times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Care team at HELLO@DIZZYFASHIONS.COM or call 01708 740500.
Delivery Restrictions:
We do not deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

International Delivery (Duty & VAT)

For orders outside the EU, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and additional customs charges may be levied by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing your order.

Responsibility for Charges:
You will be liable for any applicable duties, fees, or additional charges.
Returns from Abroad:
If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel with “Return to supplier” or similar wording.
Uniform Pricing:
The price displayed remains the same for all customers, regardless of the delivery destination.
